Amazingly on time as usual, and not to bad a job assembling it. Had the instructions as well, which you'll need for travelling, as it contains all the technical info. which some cruise lines require.I've had it just over a month now, travelling to where I did want to get to locally, in terms of it's maximum travel distance of 10 miles, so that's ticked a box. It was comforting to know that I had some time for mooching when I arrived at my destination.Just a few criticisms now :Unfortunately if your 6' tall with longish legs, it's a bit tight, even allowing for the flexibility of the console angle. The most critical observation relates to the design of the chair.The flexibility of the chair position on alighting is great, however the back of the chair, or lack of it, was my main concern. The very shallow height of the back to the chair, promotes a very uncomfortable feel if your leaning backward or sideways even at the low speeds. However, most of what I wanted at this stage of my disability it has given me, for a reasonable price. Also top marks for the consistent delivery deadlines, most impressive.

had this scooter for 3 months now at the start it was just what i wanted but unfortunatly the batteries have already started to fail.have contacted the company who have agreed to replace the batteries but am still waiting a week later maybe one of those things let you know if things improve at a later date.if this does correct the fault i would have no hesitation in recommending this product great value for money but at the moment am a little disappointed

Excellent for pottering around the shops or for adventuring a little further. Breaks down easily and fits into the boot space of my Renault Captur comfortably for even more adventurous trips. Great value and would recommend to anyone wanting a small comfortable scooter.

Fits in the car boot. Easy to assemble. Faster than expected but can adjust speed.

Despite no instructions received with scooter it was easy to assemble and dismantle for fitting into boot. When I used it first it gave me an alarm and would not move!! I phoned the supplier who advised it was in manual mode and I needed to put it into drive - lever at back. After that it has worked well. Comfortable and easy to drive. As with any mobility scooter if you injure somebody it is deemed your fault so advise insurance - I have added to my home insurance policy.

I love this scooter so so much. Before I got this I was stuck indoors every day or getting taxi every where. Now I can go to the shops and just enjoy myself. I have to go on the road though because there's no flat pavements where I live am careful while on roads. I use to drive a car ford capri till I'll ness toke me down. I love this scooter so so much..thank you for giving my little bit of freedom back. Take care and God bless you.

Got this my dad has I found out he had not been able to into town due walking difficulties. He loved it and said it's a very good machine.
