which I found too aggressive and didn't last as well. These nylon bristles are super long lasting. I was able to work for more than an hour on a complex, hard burl carving with multiple tight curves and yet had minimal wear. (Trying to push too hard on work that has not been properly prepared to 150 grit level would cause faster wear.) The built-in compound provided a nice polish that would have been a complete finish had I not been working for a super-glow. (I continued to buff through 3 more levels of grit and buffing pad.)Use a light touch in the right conditions and these wheels will do a great job.

Works well for polishing metal (I'm using it to clean up bronze castings) but tends to wear out quickly and the 'fingers' are delicate and break off easily, which unbalances the brush. As a result, you run through a lot of brushes, and it gets expensive. Haven't tried it on wood, but it should work better there.I don't have the quick-change arbor, but the brush mounts okay on a regular arbor.

Nice and gentle. Get the job done. For my application, it took off the rust, the paint and nothing more.

These wheels work very well as the first step in polishing copper, brass, and silver multi-layer assemblies with lots of nooks and crannies. Cleans up the fire scale from fabrication and lays a good base for the next step. Using the Dremel mandrel saves time in switching between tools.

You'll need more than one or two if you've got a big project. They tend to wear out quickly depending on what you're working on. I like the flexible fingers to get into places a stiff sanding disk couldn't get.

Used to sand small details in cherry wood mirror frame. Didn't last more than 5 minutes though. Very pricey for how long it lasts. Same for the medium grit brush EZ472SA (the medium grit actually lasted fewer minutes)

Not impressed at all.

This Brush seems to hold up well and work into small areas pretty easily. I would say it is grood at smoothing and pre polishing.
