Nuke Nutrition Berberine Supplement - 180 Capsules

This is excellent Berberine. It really gets great results. Do some research into it. A fabulous supplement for blood sugar control.. great quality and value.

Berberine is a must in your diet and nutrition plans if you have to eat several times a day protein and carbs. It does not suppress your appetite. For now it seems like a quality product and it’s affordable.

I noticed I was very dizzy and felt like I was drunk stumbling about after being on these about a month. After a quick search of the side effects I decided to take my blood pressure and sure enough it was really low. Not dangerously low but enough to make me stop taking them. They definitely do suppress your appetite and I lost a few lbs on them but I just couldn’t stick the light headed feeling constantly so no idea how others have been taking more than the recommended amount and feeling fine!

This is the 2nd time I bought this ,easy usage and good amount of berberine.The quality is,also very good 👍

Easy to take will need to finish packet to see if it works

I purchased as I am pre diabetic and read about positive impact on blood sugar taking berberine so thought I would give these a try.After 2 months my fasting blood glucose hasn’t come down so maybe it doesn’t work for me. I didn’t realise these contain flour as a Filler and clean berberine may be better for improving blood sugar but that was my error as I didn’t realise when ordering but thought it was worth noting incase anyone else is ordering for similar reasons

I take this supplement daily before evening meal. I have noticed no effect on my stomach. Would like to check if any effect on a CGM. Happy with the price. Happy to recommend.
