It works... but Sticking Button and Pain to Install
No instructions and spent a lot of time to find a You Tube video someone else made. Even then it took a while. Test that all the buttons work, but once installed in back in the door the Driver's window button (the most used button) sometimes sticks down in either direction. I have to make sure it is back level manually. It appears that it is not a perfect fit and that the button is too close to the plastic holder that it gets pinched into position rather than releasing back to it's normal state.

Passenger switch sticks
It was easy to replace and worked for awhile.now the front passenger button sticks and sometimes makes it hard to get back up. Other than that its ok

DOA failed out of the box
Driver window button and passenger rear failed out of the box. Waste of time.
