The license plate holder I bought for my mom for Christmas. She loved it. It was very colorful. It has the sunflowers and monarch butterflies on it which is a reminder of my dad.

Bottom part of the frame covers up the sticker on my plate
Yhe frame is beautiful and I was so excited to get it only to find out it is unusable for my plate because it covers up the expiration sticker on my plate. Using this frame would violate the law in the state I live in so if your state has an expiration sticker on the lower part of the plate then do not order this frame
