The item was delayed twice when shipping. It came opened, tore up and without the gloves. This was supposed to be a brand new item and it had definitely been opened and half of it was missing. Very thin material too.

Another update = ended up returning the item. When I got the replacement it was not in the original package, so there was no way to tell if it was the correct size. In addition, the velcro was STILL not completely sewn and would never last the usual wear and tear of my child getting the costume on and off!Update = I realize why the costume didn't fit a bit loosely like it should. They sent Small 4-6 instead of Med 7-8. I've put in a request for correct size to be sent.My son used his gift card to buy this Sonic costume. He is 7.5 yrs old and we went by the measurements provided on the listing, but it won't last him long. The fabric is thin and as you can see in the picture it wasn't even sewn completely/securely around the top velcro. My son likes the gloves though. I, however, am not happy with the product and do not recommend.
