The first thing I liked was the color. It was a soft white that made my nails look fancy but not too flashy. The cool part was how the gel spread out by itself on my nails. It made putting it on super easy, so my nails looked smooth and even without having to try too hard. I've tried other nail stuff before, like Beetles gel, but this GAOY gel is way better. It makes my nails strong and doesn't chip or peel off quickly, so it lasts a long time.

I have really thin nails and they break easy. This has allowed me to make them appear natural and thick! It hardens very very well and I’ve already decided to buy more!!!! I use it as sort of a base and then put any color on top I want! Great buy!!!

I’ve used another brand of builder gel as a gel glue for gel extensions and assumed this one would work the same. I’ve had so many problems these last two sets, to my nails popping off, my nails getting paper thin, and my thumb nail ripping off at the top by my cuticles. Please be careful and use it to build your nail as intended. THIS DOES NOT WORK AS GEL GLUE. I understand this is due to my mistake, but hopefully someone else does not get mistaken like I did.For my rating, I’m rating this based on my experience as a builder above my gel nail. It’s thick and takes a little time to settle. I like others that are a bit smoother and thinner, but they normally take a several layers to build where I’m happy. The thickness of this builder can help with less layering. It just takes a little getting used to.

This is the favorite color of all the women in my family. It’s a great natural base for adding strength and a wash of sheer color to the nail beds. It looks great on various skin tones. It self-levels well and though I am still learning how to refine my technique it is worth the price! With good prep, you can get at least two or three weeks from one manicure!Edited to add: this is a product that has to be cured with an LED/UV light, which has to be purchased seperately. I reccomend using a non-wipe clear top coat as well! It's important to note this is not normal nail polish but gel polish that must be cured under a nail lamp.

It's so thick and hard to apply at first, doesn't cure fast I did 270 seconds per layer to be cured the colors are gorgeous and blends perfectly for ombres and baby boomer nails very sticky after cured making it hard to know if they are fully cured but my top coat fixed the problem. But that's my personal experience.

I was so anxious to receive this package. I did my nails that night. Upon application I noticed the polish was extra thick, kinda sticky like. When I applied a top coat it was not smooth, it was rubbing off. It took longer to dry. ( It was cured under the light 3 rounds of 90 seconds). It looked so pretty. By the next morning the entire painted nail portion came off….. one by one. They didn’t last 24 hours. I would not recommend. Sorry

This is the easiest builder gel to use. Goes on smooth and stays smooth. It is durable and doesn't yellow or chip after 3 weeks. I love it.

I DO like this gel. The color is lovely and it cured very well. However, it is SO thick that it was really difficult for me to work with. My nails turned out great, it just took a lot longer and was messier than I had hoped. Anyone have tips on if it can be safely thinned out just a tad? I will definitely try using it again and see if it was just operator error or if I can make the application easier.
