Hardware bag for gigging drummers
So far so good. This hardware bag is well constructed and will do exactly what it says it will: hold a bunch of your stands within one organized bag vs wrapping them all up in blankets or using a large trap case (which means breaking stands down).Pros: well made and has wheels. If you look closely at my pictures you will observe there are six full sized DW boom stands as well as two hi hat stands (DW 5000 plus Pearl flat base hi hat stand). There is still room to spare. It easily fits into the width of a compact sedan. This was a concern for me as I use multiple vehicles to gig. Theres a lot of handles so two people can carry this (recommend if you're using a lot of stands).Cons: this bag gets very heavy fast and can be very cumbersome for the uninitiated. Be careful which friend(s) you delegate this too. As well, both my hi hat stands fit inside without taking them apart but required the rods to be unscrewed then slid further down into its tube. As well if you leave the rods fully extended you'll need to slide the clutch up to keep the tip from holing your bag. There are straps inside for securing stands but I still use a blanket inside or I would definitely end up with holes from sharp edges. If you roll this bag keep in mind all the weight will be on the bottom so recommend putting something down there for all the stands to push against ie folded towel or material from a blanket. You could even go as far as cutting a piece of plywood to shape, then inserting it into the end/bottom to reinforce it. This bag holds enough hardware that two people are almost necessary if full. It gets heavy to the point a hard case with four wheels is the next level.Honestly in years of playing and gigging this is the best hardware bag I've had. You can't go wrong for the money.

Good bag, good price
I bought this bag after studying the many options here at Amazon and visiting manufacturer websites. I looked at ordinary duffle bags also because they're cheaper, but I couldn't find one that had wheels and was large and sturdy enough. Given the weight of my stands and throne, there's no way I'd buy a hardware bag without wheels.Dimensions: The internal compartment measures 44"L x 12W x 10H. Nonetheless, it *just barely* fits my HH stand (which measures 45" with the legs folded) without having to remove the clutch rod because of the soft-sided ends. There's a zippered pocket at either end, measuring 10.5W x 9.5H x 1.5D, and a zippered side pocket measuring 22W x 7.5H x 1.5D. Thus, this bag's nominal 46" length includes the depth of the end pockets.Construction: The bag is made from thick nylon cloth that looks like it should hold up well. The corners where the wheels are located are reinforced with plastic bump guards. The main compartment has a metal full-length zipper and 2 straps sewn into the bottom with metal buckles to secure the contents. The bottom consists of 2 cloth layers that enclose a 5/16" thick plywood board. The 2 plastic skids that run the length of the outside bottom of the bag are riveted to the board.Handles: The carry straps have a wraparound velcro grip of the type found commonly on soft-sided luggage. There are straps at either end on top for lifting, plus one on the end opposite the wheels to ease rolling. There's a padded shoulder strap that attaches with snap-lock plastic clips, but I think it's included only to prevent the complaints they'd get if it was omitted. One try with this thing loaded up will persuade most people to forget about carrying so much weight, slung over a shoulder!Comments: This bag can hold more things than I would want to lift and the wheels make it easy to move all my hardware in one trip. It also seems sturdy and well made. My only criticism is that the main zipper is a simple one that runs straight along the top center. A U-shaped one that would make the top into a flap that can be folded back (like Stagg's) would make it easier to load and unload. Nonetheless, a good bag for the price.

It’s a good bag — with a minor issue.
This is my third hardware bag. My last two eventually blew out at the stitching common to the wheel side after about a year and a half of heavy usage. The zipper pulls WILL break - always replace them with heavier leather straps. I’m a semi-pro playing 50 to 70 gigs per year. Pulling up stairs, throwing into trucks, and storing on end plays a toll on these poor bags - I’m not easy on them. But at 100 to 130 bucks it’s worth it too me. I have a Hard case I use to use but it’s just too big and bulky for what I need. If you are a light user, don’t over stuff it, and baby it a little (and replace the zipper pulls) it should work great for you and last a long time.

Bag is fine/Wheels not sturdy enough
The hardware bag is fine but the wheels need to be sturdier. Upon first use one of the wheels snapped off. Sent it back to the seller a week ago but as yet have not received my refund

Heavy duty with one design flaw
I bought this bag back in 2014 and I've used it for over 50 gigs by now. I have to say it's one of the best things about my setup. It amazingly has held up very well. It sure beats trying to hold my hardware together with belts like I used to. The wheel feature is so nice but I feel like I'm boarding a plane every time I am getting ready to set up at a gig haha. It has a very rigid back to it and has two rails along the back for extra support. One of the only things I hate about this is it's inability to go down stairs smoothly. The rails are tapered towards the wheels at the end but not enough and they always catch hard edged stairs. (cement, metal and wood stairs). Other than that, it was a great buy for the convenience.

Best hardware bag I've used, and very nicely priced!
This is a super-sturdy drum hardware bag with a solid bottom solidly built from 600D nylon fabric and a massive YKK zipper, it also sports wheels on the bottom corner to simplify moving around a bag full of heavy stands. This has been one of the best pickaxes I've made for transporting my drum kit.
