Precision case that is worthy of an iPhone 6
I really am hard to please and critical but this is a GREAT CASE! I definitely recommend it, and recommend a case in general. The new iPhone 6 as you know is bigger and the hand feel is different. Sounds obvious right? But the fact is you will drop it. The normal hand movements I used with my iPhone 5 were so common they become muscle memory. And in my case, until you retrain your self to hold and use the bigger phone, you will fumble it and may drop it like I did.Good thing I ordered this case as soon as I got my pre-order confirmation. It came the same day as the phone and was on it right after I set it up and tested it. Lucky for me when I did drop it, it was protected and the case did it's job! No issues! Here is what I like about the case.- looks great! The black TPU and red aluminum band really look sharp with the white face of my phone. First class look!- The aluminum buttons have a great feel. Not 100% Apple good, but much nicer than plastic, silicone, or leather. Let's just say it's the closest thing to the Apple button feel I have ever found in an iPhone case.- The fit is very precise. The TPU case fits perfectly on the phone, and the aluminum band is amazingly precise. It's difficult to get on, but once you do it stays in place. I was skeptical it would until I tried it and it does.- The TPU back keeps the phone from sliding on smooth surfaces, like the polished wood console of my car. This was a must have feature, and this case delivers. It stays where I put it.- Even though the case has a raised 0.8mm lip to protect the face of the phone, it does not interfere with the functions of the phone. I have had other cases that had a lip so big that I ran into it when swiping gestures. That's a deal breaker, but this case is perfect. Protection without interference.- No interference with phone antennas. Other reviews speculate that the aluminum band reduces reception. I can tell you that's not true. I have very clear limits to cell reception in my house. I know exactly where the ATT single cuts out. I also know exactly where the wifi drops in the back yard. I tested the new iPhone 6 without the case, and verified where the cell and wifi drop out. The cell cuts out in the same place, but the new iPhone holds the wifi much better. Then I retested with the case on, and no difference. None! The case has no effect on the antenna function. What I would change about this case:- The installation instructions are not very good, clear, or helpful. This is a very precise case and has to be installed correctly. First put the TPU cover on by itself and make sure the lip is seated properly all the way around. The first time I tried to install the case I had a slightly curled under lip at the bottom of the phone. I didn't notice it, but the aluminum band was bent out by the charging port. At first I though it was a poor quality case that did't fit worth a darn. Then I noticed the TPU cover was not seated correctly. Took it all off and put the TPU back on making sure it was seated perfectly all the way around, Then installed the band and presto a precision fit. So it's a two step process to infall the case. Cover first, band second, That was not clear in the limited instructions.- Putting on the band is challenging and requires some finger dexterity and strength. This is to be expected with the precision fit since it is a single piece aluminum (metal) band you are putting on. The TPU cover will compress enough to get it on, but be prepared to put some effort into it. The good news is once it's on, it's stays in place!- The band has cut outs for the charging port, earbuds, and speaker at the bottom that are a bit rough on my fingers. I tend to support the bottom of the phone with my little finger and it seems to keep finding the cut outs. This is a minor concern but some smoothing of the edge of the cutout would be better that it is currently.Over the years I have had 5 different iPhones and dozens of cases, too many to count. Most were rejected because of "deal breakers", you know those little details that you just can't overlook and live with. This case has none of those in my opinion. Looks great, feels like quality because they are using high quality materials, and does the job. Yes is does provide impact protection, unfortunately I can attest to that. I actually bought this case so I would have something when my phone arrived, knowing Apple would sell out of the Apple cases as fast as they sell out of phones, and they did. It was originally going to be a stop gap case until I could pick an Apple case I preferred. However now that I have it, have used it, gotten tons of compliments on it, and checked out the Apple cases, I am keeping this one as my iPhone case. As soon as I finish writing this I will order another as back up for when my first one get scratched, dinged, or dented. I admit it, I'm picky about my stuff especially my phone. No room for compromise here. And this is my case of choice.

Both aluminum and plastic- Just what I feared...
Sorry. They won't let me separate my reviews.Plastic:Same issue as everyone else. Case fits wonderfully and feels great but the buttons don't work. I'll contact the seller for a replacement. I think they designed the case before the phone was officially released- maybe off rumored specs? Power button has to be pressed very firmly and provides no clic. The volume buttons are hit or miss all together- sometimes activating both buttons at once. I'll happily give 5 stars if they replace with an updated model. I also noticed there is a very small gap between the plastic and rubber below the Touch ID sensor. It's pretty minimal but a little annoying. I'm kind of wishing I had got the aluminum version except I didn't want the cutout in the back for the apple symbol. My experience is it lets in too much dirt. I do love spigen cases but this is unacceptable.UPDATE:I amended some of my mistakes from the first review. Apparently I'm no good at swiftkey.I am adding 1+ star for their excellent customer service. I received a message from them informing me that they will be sending out "button stabilizers" to address the issue- hopefully that means they have figured out the issue. I am afraid that means they will be small pieces that may fall out or get lost easily when I remove my case (which I do relatively often for cleaning). Until then keep it locked in here to stay up to date on this case.Update 2:I received my "Button Stabilizers" (plastic stickers)- seams like it should be a temporary solution instead of a permanent one.The buttons are much more responsive with the stabilizers installed- but they are just stickers and probably will fall off after removing your case a couple of times. If they come out with a fixed version- this case will definitely be a winner. If you don't mind using the stickers then this case is fine. 3 stars for now- 10 stars is they make an updated version. Sorry spigen- its just not good enough. You can check out my video review of this case on my youtube channel called Nerds With Friends or just clic the link below (if amazon will let me post it):http://youtu.be/Hmz4rLxI_NoAluminum Version: http://youtu.be/D18MM7-_fPAThe Spigen Neo Hybrid aluminum bumper case is a gorgeous case. The finish of this case is rivaled only by the iPhone itself. This is a dual layer case (sort of) with a tough TPU wrapping the entire phone. The TPU is textured around the back in the center section and smooth on the top and bottom giving homage to the iPhone's own lines. In the center is a circle cutout showing off that liquid metal Apple logo. The cutout is deep enough so scratches shouldn't be an issue. The cutouts for the logo and the camera are rimmed with a glossy black plastic giving the rear of the case a premium look. Spigen wraps the outside edge of the phone in a premium anodized aluminum that brings back the beautiful polished chamfered edges from the iPhone 5 and combines it with the iPhone 6's new curves and it's a very good look. Both the volume and power buttons are recessed along the edge- exactly like the iPhone 6's making accidental button presses unlikely. The tactility of the buttons is spot on and offers a soft and clicky response. They have laser cut markings that are both pleasant to look at and offer instruction as to their purpose. The cutouts along the bottom are precise and substantial. The cutout for the 3.5mm headphone jack looks large enough to finish most standard headphones. The lightning cable cutout also provides plenty of wiggle room for third party cables. This is the most beautiful case I have ever used- but its not perfect. The case is almost impossible to put on due to the fact that its made of an aluminum that doesn't bend or stretch like plastic- and its even harder to remove. Although it looks nice- I am not a fan of the cutout on the back for the logo. These tend to let in a ton of dust - and on a case this hard to take off is really bad news. The cutout for the mute switch is also quite deep- I would have much rather them left it covered and built a new switch into the case, but If you have any fingernails at all this shouldn't present much of an issue. The last and biggest issue to me isn't really the cases fault at all. The new iPhone is already much wider than I am used to and I can barely manage to handle it one-handed. The Aluminum Neo Hybrid case widens it just a bit more- pushing it just past a comfortable width for one-handed use for me.The aluminum Neo hybrid is my favorite case I will never use and for $21.99 this thing is a steal. Just make sure you order it from Amazon if you want to receive it quickly. This case is so beautiful and nice I would change almost nothing about it. I even find myself wishing I had longer fingers rather than a smaller case. If you're looking for a slim case and the issues I listed above don't matter to you then stop watching this video right now- click the amazon link below and order this case. There is a good chance you won't regret it.Check out the video: http://youtu.be/D18MM7-_fPAThis is Chris- and I'm an aluminum case lov'n Nerd.

Stylin, Functional & Protective
This product has been good so far. The aluminum bumper took a little bit of fuss to get on but overall the case looks really good! The only downside is that dust tends to collect in the little spaces for the speaker, charge cable, etc.

Seems Original, but poor Make / Design
THE GOOD- Looks quite good and creates good first impression.- The back feels good when in hand.- The logo looks smart.- The seller should put more authentic product photos, just image cannot be enough for convincing buyers.THE NOT SO GOOD- Cheap shiny chrome plastic strip, don't think it to be metal.- This plastic chrome strip, broke with in a few day with wear-m-tear, not by dropping.- This cannot keep your phone secured.- the design is faulty, as the without the strip to protect, the price doesn't justify even with the brand name. This cover didn't last for more than a month, so not worth the price.Thank You, for giving your valuable time to read this long review !If you find it helpful, please let me know ( by hitting the 'Helpful' Button ), so that I'll feel glad to write other reviews to keep helping customers.

Love the case, price isn't too bad.
I love this Neo Hybrid Case with the Metal Bumper. The manual for installation was provided but I admit, it was a little hard getting the metal part around the TPU casing. The case itself is great, it feels good whenever I'm texting, and not worried about dropping it or slipping out of my hands. If you've had a Spigen case before, this case definitely feels like a Spigen with the thin border (the one on the face of the phone), but my phone feels fully protected. The price is a little bit more than other types of Spigen which is quite understandable, with the addition of the metal bumper. However I had to spend over $30 with tax.. So there are definitely cheaper Spigens available.Would definitely recommend this to a friend.
