Just what my son needed to write a report on coyotes

Great book for kids! I bought it for my 4 year old grandson who had fears of the coyotes that live in my woods hurting me. This book told him what their prey is, how they live, etc. . Good pic's & very informative!

My 4 year old son saw a coyote walking along the road and was interested in learning more (we live in AZ) so I ordered this as a surprise for him. He devoured this book (no pun) as soon as it came and it inspired lots of creative artwork too. It is a very thorough book with lots of information about living, feeding and breeding habits, and nice clear photos. It's nice and long too, which is good because too many of these "children's" books give such superficial information. Children can absorb a lot if you give them the opportunity!
