Easily absorbed into skin and smells nice!
Nice scent, moisturizing, spreads easily. I’m really bad at being consistent in using creams regularly, but I think it does work and helps with postmenopausal skin health.

Wild about 4E Wild Yam Balancing Cream!!!
I started a health improvement journey about 9 months ago and searched high and low for a product like this one. Having been in menopause for 4 years now, I have searched for something that actually seemed to work (to control night sweats, poor sleep, etc,). This seems to do the trick!I love the light, pleasant scent and how it feels on my skin. I have found, however, that it does take a little longer for delivery for some reason, and the delivery has been delayed twice. I didn't mind though, and am willing to wait longer for this product.I'll keep using this stuff as long as they sell it!

I think it’s a pretty good product. I’ve been putting it on twice a day, and then I love the smell specially at bedtime I find it soothing.

Effective but expensive
This product works well for hot flashes. I noticed a difference within 3 days. It took 7-9 days to reach its full effect. The product is great but it’s only going to last about 2 weeks. This means it will cost about $50 + per month . It’s only 2 oz . It doesn’t last long enough for the price so I had to remove 2 stars bc this isn’t sustainable or cost effective at least for me.
