Q: Can you use this to clean floors bathrooms etc ?

I don't know if you can use the word "clean". I would think you could use it in a diluted form to get rid of floor odors. Cleaning would probably be a separate process with a cleaner or bleach/vinegar. I have only used this in the bathroom air to remove odors (which it does VERY well), I have not tried it on floors.

Q: Does this have a pump sprayer?

I originally had the product in a small pump sprayer similar to the type used for eye glass cleaner (fine mist) and just kept refilling from bulk purchase
