All three of my kids are doing MMA and we needed to order some headgear. I was a little worried about sizing so I ordered just one in small to see about the sizing. This headgear says that it is for 11+ but I found that it fit my 7-11 year olds just fine. There are two velcro adjustments, one at the top and one at the back of the head. According to the sizing chart this one should fit people with a head circumference up to 22.25". I have a 21.25" head so I tried to put it on. I adjusted the top strap and was able to get it on. Circumference wise it fit fine but it was really quite tight around the cheeks.Overall for the price I think this is a pretty good deal. However when it comes to protective gear it isn't necessarily about a deal and really about the fit/comfort. If this fits and is comfortable great. This product arrived quickly and was packaged well. It is really easy to adjust it fits snuggly and is very comfortable .. this product Is also very well priced very affordable

I have a relatively regular sized adult female head... This fits very nicely. I spar twice a week and so far the quality feels very comparable to traditional sparring gear. I was previously using the Swift brand. This feels equally as nice and protective. I prefer the degree of protection in the shape of this headgear because more of my face is protected. Yes...I block but when you spar, you already know you're going to get hit. This minimizes the exposed area on the face so it's been really great so far.The mouthpiece that accompanies it might feel uncomfortable if you're unfamiliar with wearing them. Drop it in boiling water for about twenty seconds and then put it in your mouth to bite down a little hard to mold it to your teeth. This will provide a much better fit than straight out of the package.

Good quality and size. Good for kickboxing workout. Fits very good in adults, because it also says kids, I was scared of being to tight but not at all. Soft and well made. I recommend it.

This boxing headgear is very comfortable. It’s also allows you to have great mobility and it’s not heavy. I’m also impressed with the level of protection that it offers. I recommend it to anyone that enjoys sparring.
