These foot patches arrive in a cardboard box which has details about the product, and instructions on how to use. Each footpad is in separate sealed packaging.They contain bamboo and activated charcoal which are supposed to help with detoxing through the skin.They are small and lightweight and fairly easy to apply to soles of feet. Unfortunately I managed to get the sticky part to stick back onto itself on one of them (as often happens with sticky tape or plasters!) - once it had stuck, it wouldn't unstick easily, so you do need to be careful when applying!I wore them overnight in bed but one of them didn't stick down properly (my fault, I think!) and kept flapping about on my foot. I managed to tape it with some micropore but it came off again. So I then used a loose hairband to keep it in place the rest of the night!In the morning one was black (eek!) and the un-sticky one was just a bit grey at one edge. Hopefully this is a sign of the 'detox' working, but I know it it could be just the natural reaction between warm feet and activated charcoal.It says to wait 24 hours before using new patches - so I had a night off and will try again tonight to see if I can stick them on properly this time! I will update with how I get on.Update; I had no problems sticking them on last night so they stayed on all night. By morning they were much less sticky round the edges so very easy to remove - they were grey black again - so hopefully working well on my toxins!

Nice sensation when you first put them on. Left on over night and amazing result in the morning. Really impressed as they worked brilliantly.Would definitely buy again!!

I was looking forward to trying however I'm not convinced they've detoxed anything but the bit of skin on the sole of my foot where it was attached. They come well sealed in good quality plastic packaging, presumably to stop any moisture getting to the product before use. They're like a big plaster, you peel the backing off and stick them to the soles of the feet overnight. I used them every day for five days and they did not really reduce in blackness as the week went on so, as I do sweat in bed, it just seems to me that the blackness is a reaction from sweating. The pads are filled with charcoal, I sweat overnight and the pads go black. I would have believed in the detox theory if they had progressively lightened as the week went on but they didn't. They're not unpleasant to wear and I quite like the burnt woody charcoal odour to them but they do leave a sticky residue on the sole of your foot and I'm not convinced they've actually achieved any meaningful detoxification.

These come individually packaged to avoid moisture damage. There are five pairs supplied.The packets are impossible to open without scissors! Once inside you have a large plaster with what looks like a teabag stuck to the middle.The backing of the plaster removes easily. Make sure you position it in the correct place first time as they are very sticky and not easy to reposition.They were a bit odd to feel on the sole of my feet and not entirely comfortable.In the morning I removed the blackened and slightly sweaty (!) patches. They were quite difficult to remove and I was glad there is no hair on the soles of our feet.I have no idea if the moisture from my feet just activated the charcoal teabag, causing it to darken or if any ‘impurities’ were sucked from my soles….. so it’s up to you whether you think these things work or not.Price at time of review was £9.99, so works out quite expensive at £2 per time.

Ita actually hard for me to say how hood they are, as ingredients are very good and patches get very black ober night, however i didn't expected charcoal to remind unactivated in worm and moist environment. Its nit the easiest to clean it takes a moment to wash it off. ALSO i haven't "improved" on size of black though the whole pack and i haven't noticed improvements to my health HOWEVER i may just to full of toxins ans one pack won't be enough to Deep Cleansing? Im giving it credit of doubt, but unfortunately i haven't noticed improvements so i can't highly rate this product.
