This book is a must read for all people to discover how the human brain falls into the traps of addiction. It shockingly reveals that even the simplest of human activities have the potential of becoming addictive, not to mention the drugs and other usual culprits like tasty food, p*** , social media, etc.

Less Depth
HI, i may sound bit unpleasant here. Given the YouTube videos and podcasts i heard from Dr.Anna, i picked up this book with lot of eagerness but i felt it is bit shallow.Prior to this i read “Molecule of more” that gave me deep insights on how our mind works and the corresponding behaviours with dopamine desire and control circuits and effective strategies for the same to use it to our advantage.I would like to be honest here with that i wrapped this book dopamine nation half way, as i felt it was too generic .With all due respects to Dr.Anna, given her might and insights, an intense book on world of dopamine will help readers at large.
