Descale instructions not shown on keurig see utube video
Followed the directions under the label exactly and the light to descale never turned off so don't know if this actually works or if its a problem with the machine. Will not purchase again as this is expensive and most likely doesn't work.Revised turns out there is a special way to activate the descale feature on keurig machine, you have to hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons at the same time to start, make sure the on button is in OFF position, no pod. also use cleaning solution bottle with one full amount of water using the bottle as a measure. after make sure to run multiple water only to flush solution from machine

Keurig Descaling good but expensive
Solution works well and easy to use. But it is expensive compared with other solutions, and I can't say it is better than those.

Product seemed to work well, but I had to go to the Keurig web page to find out how to get my coffee maker into the descale mode.
