Knew this book would be great.
I am a fan and have read many of Catherine's books . I was not disappointed great story well written and well read. If you read one of her books it books you in and you want to read more.

More a thriller than a romance
This book starts as a bad boy romance and quickly changes into a thriller/who done it. A good, interesting, well written book, as all Catherine's are, but I didn't enjoy this as much as the rest of the series, both of which were in my opinion 5 star books. I suppose it was less of the romance I was in the mood for and more a thriller. To be honest, the heroines relationship with inevitable HEA was a forgone conclusion very early on and this was less important than finding the killer.

Great read
It has been fun reading all three books. I think the last one kept me glued more than the other 2. A great read, a must-read. I just couldn't figure out how it was going to end. Not the way I thought it would. Will there be a 4th? Read in order do it makes sense. Love it.

Brilliant
I love that Catherine Byrne's stories don't end how you think they would. There is always an unexpected interesting twist that keeps you reading to the end.

Another great story in this wonderful series.
In this the third book in her “Most Likely” series Catherine Bybee gives us another wonderful heartfelt and heart tugging story about friendship and love that does not come from a blood line but from that which is a sisterhood of long-time friendship. I was privileged to get an advance copy of this book and once started could not put it down.Jo Ward has taken the position she all but inherited from her father after his death, which she does not believe was accidental. As town Sherriff she has a responsibility to the town, but she also has a responsibility to herself to have a life outside of her job. And she does not realize that when she takes an expert law enforcement course at the training centre in Quantico Virginia and meets badass sexy FBI agent Gill Clausen just how important he would become to her training, her job and finding that fulfilling life she needs. In their jobs as law enforcement officers they work great together, but can the strong attraction they feel for one another keep them together. Can Jo who has never had a real committed relationship let Gill into her life and that of her small circle of people who really care and love her? Can the wild girl of her youth find a fulfilling and happy life with a man who is perfect for her as the strong woman she has become? All the books in this series tugs at the heart of the reader and you are cheering for a happy ending. Jo’s story pulls you in and you are cheering for her to not only find out the truth at what really happened to her father, but for her to fall in love and find the happiness she deserves. I am hoping we have not heard the last of River Bend….they are other stories to be told… When Catherine Bybee writes a book, don’t walk to buy it Run... you won’t be disappointed.

Good read
Story line was good and characters were interesting. Narration was good so when you add it all up it was a pretty darn good read.
