Great bag
I live 10 years without a car and ride bikes exclusively and I'm telling you for the average bike rider this is a very cool bag. Good for the money absolutely held up in a snowstorm as well as in a rainstorm.

Saved my life???
Been using this lil guy on a daily basis for several months now. All three functions have been very useful and its capacity is just right.I was wearing it as a backpack and riding my bike when I got hit by a car. I was thrown, but this bag cushioned my fall. I walked away with a couple bruises, but the bag is hardly scuffed at all. Sturdy lil thing has been there for me every day, and in my moment of direst need it did not let me down.

The plastic hooks suck- but it's OK albeit heavy
The hooks don't fit my pannier rack, so this is a useless garbage item. Update: They do fit but are fiddly, you have to futz around with a latch mechanism. It's pretty heavy empty but it does hold a lot.
