Exactly what I was hoping for!
*WARNING: The following is a rather extensive review as finding these was a sort-of "Holy Grail" moment for me once I tried them. In my lifetime and with my budget, they're the best I've found for personal comfortability, flexibility of use and longevity as well as price range so far. I've decided to include a very short summary for those less fascinated by my personal insights, logic and reasoningSummarized: Personally, I find them perfectly suited to my every need. The fabric composition is excellent with lots of cotton so they're very flexible and breath easily. They're cut to a great length/thickness as well as being free of excess fabric both inside and out. Elasticity also seems like it will stay consistent over time with regular wear and basic washing so there's nothing to complain about.More detailed: Clothing is one of the most intimate purchases a consumer who plans to actually wear them can make so it comes at no surprise that finding the right fit, style, length, thickness and composition of materials is rather unique to the buyer and typically requires compromising on at least some personal preferences they may have for that particular piece of clothing. For me personally, I can't compromise too much on anything that is made to be applied to bare skin for general everyday wear and that is ESPECIALLY true of Socks for many reasons. I won't go into ALL the reasons just the most commonly occuring ones with serious impacts on one of the 3 factors I mentioned in the summary. They're not very thick but the elastic feels resilient in all the right places without being constricting. The material is smooth and free of excessive thread both inside and out so it doesn't fray too easily like most socks I tend to buy or feel bumpy on the Toes, either. This means there's less chance of snagging and pulling on surfaces or picking up unseen debris and WAY less friction for ordinary use in most shoes. Friction not only produces excessive heat but also wears out materials faster for both shoes and socks. Depending on the shoes internal design it may even change how your shoes feel entirely. This is especially true of new shoes that tend to feel "Stiff" until worn multiple times. The composition of the material is mostly cotton according to the post and so far I feel like this information checks out. I'm not a Tailor or Designer nor am I even acquainted with the basics of fabric production from either natural fibers or those that are man-made. But one thing I know about cotton specifically is it's moisture wicking capabilities. From my experience, the higher the concentration of cotton that's advertised in a sock, the less my feet tend to sweat. I can say from prior purchases made both remotely online and locally offline, that no other socks of similar thickness have been quite as effective in that regard and the cotton percentage listed was as high as 78% according to the packaging. These aren't really much more expensive for a first time purchaser than more familiar brands so I didn't think they were gonna be all that different. I figured for sure they would have at least some of the same nuisances as others if not more. Based on several reviews I bought the larger of the 2 sizes available just in case they were as vulnerable to premature shrinking as some negative reviews claimed but I stretched a pair of them rather excessively at different times throughout the day and didn't notice obvious differences right away when compared to the pair I wore normally on the same day but there was a minor difference in snugness when compared to a fresh pair that was never even removed from the box previously so I probably would have been ok with the smaller pair as well whether they shrank or not since they're so flexible and stretching doesn't seem to wear down the elasticity all that drastically.

Great value. Comfortable.
These socks are just the right length, going over the ankles and lower leg. Very comfortable.

Not exactly what I was looking for.
Pros: lightweight; stays put; comfortable; good color selection in this bundle; doesn’t retain as much moisture when your feet perspire as other socks mightCons: shorter height on the leg than I expected; and the cuff band does stay in place and isn’t uncomfortable, BUT if you deal with any type of edema (leg swelling/fluid retention) there will be a substantial compression noticeable when you remove the socks at the end if the work day.

Great socks
Bought these for Hubby who is very picky. He loves them. Yes, they are short, but he likes that. Too many socks out there are too high, too tightly knit and of poor quality. For the first time in years he feels good about his socks. They don’t squeeze his feet, have comfortable warmth and easy to put on and take off. I can recommend this product and will buy again. Also, the colors are true to the pictures.

Not what I expected - the 5-star reviews were wrong.
These socks were:1. Too short - barely cover the ankles,2. Too thin.3. Not made of cotton, only poly-material that is very stretchy,4. Don't seem to absorb moisture.I was looking for regular cotton socks to no avail.

Amazing fit!
They feel great especially on the ankles, not tight at all! Love the color.

Hand wash only. Hang to dry only...
The socks I felt were pretty good, a bit thin. But then I went over the washing instructions and all of these socks are recommended to wash with your hands and hang to dry. So you can't put these through a washing machine or dry them in a dryer. I think it should be told to everyone these are hand wash only - as I would have never bought socks I couldn't wash in a normal fashion.
