Good for removal
I like the formula for lash and glue removal. I don’t like the plastic brush because it’s harsh on my lashes and has pulled some out even though I’m very gentle. If the brush was made less stiff it would be 5.0

This works amazing at getting out the little clumps of lash glue left from applying lash clusters yourself

Works but be careful
I am SO sad. This product works but do NOT turn it over on accident like I did. The product leaked out. It’s way too expensive to just be casually purchasing this.

1st time buyer of this brand
I have a lash glue I already like but I wanted to try this remover because they advertise better ingredients and I really liked it. Didn’t have to stay on very long for the lashes to slide off. It was so nice. Now I want to try their adhesive for the clusters

Fantastic DYI Lash extenstion remover.
I'm new to the DIY lash extension thing, but I love the idea of waking up with lashes. The issue is removing them. I've tried micellar water, and it really didn't do very well. I want something that dissolves the glue without dissolving my eyeballs. :) Baby Oil might work but I think it would make my very sensitive eyes water like crazy. I used the Ciao remover and combined with the little comb it has, it worked really, really well. I was so impressed. So happy!! Will be buying again for sure.

removes lash glue well
doesn't sting, and removes stubborn lash glue without ripping out natural lashes. would highly recommend!!!
