Only thing that fixes my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / fibromyalgia symptoms
I have fibromyalgia / CFS and this is the only supplement that has worked. I take it along with CoQ10. I didn't expect it to do anything, but the results have been incredible.After trying this supplement, I am even starting to consider having an NAD+/NADH IV infusion.

Cant comment on quality
I don't have an ingredient testing kit. So can't say how good these are. I also take them with 20 other tablets so, cant comment on effects. They came well packaged and seem genuine.
