I used to buy the cleansing balm from Clinique. That balm is expensive and it does the same thing that this one does. I have not regretted my decision to switch to this balm. I will not be going back to the expensive balm because I can use the money I am saving toward other facial items. This balm is smooth, fragrance free, and light. I look forward to cleansing my face with this balm. This has been a great addition to my night-time routine.

Works really well to take off makeup. I have really sensitive skin and I have a hard time finding a cleanser that doesn’t irritate my skin but this works great and feels really nice on my face. I also noticed some reviews complaining about the smell but it doesn’t really have a smell to it, you can just kind of smell the avocado.

Purito is an excellent skincare brand with reasonable prices, and I highly recommend their products for people with sensitive skin. As with their other items I’ve tried, I had a good experience with this makeup remover. When you remove the lid, it has an inner lid with a small scoop, for sanitary application. I like that this was included, so I didn’t have to stick my fingers into the jar.It doesn’t seem to have a scent that I could detect, and had a soft texture that melted as soon as Inscooped it onto my fingers. A pea sized amount was enough to remove a full face of makeup, and it worked well to remove eyeshadow, glitter, and mascara without leaving a greasy residue. This balm is just as good as more expensive makeup removers!

Although the scent is not that great, just have to get used to it, the balm itself is awesome. Totally hydrating and smooth. Comes with a set of applying tools.

I have oily akin, and sometimes I'll have to wash my face twice to make it stop feeling oily. It only takes one wash to feel clean! Clean, but not dry. I do still moisturize, but it's not to fix what this cleanser stripped. It smells good too, not floral or fruity- just clean.

This makeup balm smells old, and feels very thick and greasy.

The first time I used this, I had kind of a cold, and I couldn’t really smell very well. I had submitted a different review but now I am editing it. The overwhelming smell of vegetable oil is really off putting , and once I realized how it smelt, I realize the texture kind of feels like Crisco only a little thicker.

So couple commentsThe balm is solid in the jar - much akin to coconut oil - you get it firm and then it softens - this is the same.Love the little scoop that is included in the package. So much easier to apply - now It wont get under my nails. Boom! Bonus.When you first apply - you will notice that there is no odor - the second thing you will notice is that it seems very oily - which immediately put me off. But dont worry about this - its very hard to describe - but it starts off oily - naturally its avocado - but then suddenly it isn't .A little disappointed that I cannot see all the ingredients anywhere - just pictures of broccoli, avocado - what seems to be parsley/kale? and cabbage?Regardless - it felt gorgeous on my skin - removed all my make up and did not feel oily afterI didn't know if you had to wash or wipe off - so I did a googly - work into the face for 60 seconds - rinse with warm water sever times to remove make up or dirt - then wipe with a towelvery very happy with this

I was hesitant to buy this product with no ingredients listed posted but decided to give it a try with so many good reviews, I also loved the fact that it had a green complex in it so I decided to give it a try. I looked at the ingredients soon as I received this package and was not happy with my choice. First few ingredients I don't even know what they are and then comes synthetic wax and vegetable oil. So I question if the green complex is even high quality or good for your skin. I decided to give it a try Nonetheless, it was super greasy on my face like I was rubbing pure food oil on my face didn't feel nice and absorbent just felt like it sat there, I also didn't like the fact that my eyes got so blurry I could barely see out of them after using this to take off my eye makeup... definitely won't be buying this product again. Super disappointed and if you're anything like me and like clean, fresh organic ingredients, this is not your product. I have gone ahead and posted a picture of the ingredients for all of you so you don't have to guess like I did when buying this product...ps.. the smell of this product smell like it's old ...like it's been sitting on a shelf for a very long time doesn't smell fresh, smells like cardboard and stale.

The packaging for this cleansing balm is lovely, and makes it look more expensive than it is. I’ve been using it for over a month now and have been really happy with the results. I wear make up and fake tan which can be difficult to get off with balm cleansers, but was really pleased with how easily it removed my make up, especially eye make up, and it leaves my skin feeling super soft and glowy. I prefer more natural skincare with less incredients as I have very sensitive skin, so have been very happy with how this has been working for me. It also smells incredible!

The media could not be loaded.  I like the premium feel of the jar that the product comes in. It also has a spatula very well placed as shown in the pictures.The texture feels like coconut oil but smoother.I followed the instructions which are as follows:Starting on dry skin, massage into your skin for 30 seconds.Add water to emulsify and melt away makeup.Rinse with warm water to finish.It does dissolve makeup however not completely so i would not rely on this as the only makeup remover there. You need at least a microfiber cloth to remove the remaining makeup or a face wash and a toner as normal.It has not caused me any side effects and I generally like it. I do think is so overpriced but you also do not need to use a lot of it as a little goes a long way. It also has clean ingredients so I can say it is somewhat good value for money considering everything but i do think that it is a on the pricer side.

As expected for this type of balm, the consistency is slightly greasy, which makes it particularly efficient as a make-up remover. It did a great job on my Halloween make-up, feeling gentle even across my eyelids. It washed off easily under warm water and left my skin softer than when I started. It has a neutral scent.

The packaging is lightweight and easy to travel with and comes with a scoop to apply with which I love as I don't enjoy the potential germ spread from sticking my fingers in everyday. I love the way this feels on my skin, I feel hydrated, nourished and smooth after use. I used it on my eye area and it didn't burn or create any blurriness in my eye but did take off all my stubborn eye make up HOWEVER afterwards I read that you should avoid the eye area which to me kind of makes it redundant as the reason I use a cleansing balm over anything else is to remove eye make up which is usually more stubborn. Smells great but if I can't use it on my eyes it's not something I would repurchase.
