Hamble Distribution ltd Redwood BB-FC120 2-Person Wooden Bench

Just what was expecting no complaints other than, I had to assemble it thought it would be ready made. Straight forward to assemble though.

This îs not safe the slats bend when you sit on them there are no holes in the slat to join the support from the metal arm to the woodThe wood îs poor quality it took a long time to put together as we had to take a small amount of wood of the back as it was to long to if l had not spent 2 hours putting it together l would have returned it l bought a better bench thinking l would get a better product what a mistakeLooking at the bench it is not redwood it is basic plywood have taken photos which l am enclosing

yes it s ok for the money but i did expeck a bit stronger seat but for the money it s ok

This small 2 seater garden bench looks good and is comfortable to sit on even without cushions!It is decorative without being too ornate. I am very pleased with this very reasonably priced product which arrived very quickly--easy to assemble.

I bought this in good faith that it would be a hardwood bench - it was pine. Pine is NOT a hardwood. It was varnished poorly, not treated for outdoor use and one slat snapped the first time I sat on it. I am well withing the 200kg weight limit stated in the description.Returning it was a nightmare, I was suspicious as soon as I clicked the "refunds & returns information" tab and it was a blank box! The seller agreed to a return and emailed me a label, but expected me to carry this heavy bulky item to a post office and send it back. My nearest postoffice is 20 mins walk, which was impossible with a 15kg item!No courier was arranged, email responses are slow and there was no initiative by seller to arrange a courier. They say they did arrange a courier...for 3rd May bank holiday, but courier obviously didn't turn up. In the end, I paid for a taxi to my nearest post office and took the bench back myself. It took me nearly 1 month to have it returned and refunded due to the sellers slow responses and poor customer service.Once again, I learned NOT to buy anything that wasn't directly sold BY Amazon.

The bench was just the size we wanted and looks as pleasing as expected. How well it wears remains to be seen. The instructions for assembly were not as good as we expected, which seems a problem these days. We were surprised it arrived so quickly, it would have been useful to get an email when it was dispatched - we did not expect it so quickly. Overall we are pleased with the purchase.

It looks really good under my window

The wood is not redwood, but flimsy thin white wood and bends when one person (70 kg) sits on it. The size is for 2 children not adults, they won't fit. The cast iron is thin and brittle and the leg broke when sitting on it the first time. We send it back, costs £ 21 and got refunded £ 3.30 for P&P plus costs. Our worst buy ever.

Die Bretter sind z. T. verzogen und die Bohrlöcher in den Brettern passen nicht in zu den Bohrlöchern im Gestell, sodass 2 Bretter gar nicht angeschraubt werden können.
