Great rope so far. I’m new to jump roping as an exercise and have been using an older rope. Weighted ropes are better for loosing weight, getting fit and easier for beginners to learn. I’ve noticed an immediate improvement in my workouts over my older light weight jump rope. There is more feedback when jumping and an increased cardio workout. This rope is the first on purchased in many year and is a huge upgrade. Here are a few things I’ve noticed:- Very easy to adjust the length of the rope. The end caps on the handles screw off for easy access, simplly move the retaining clip down and trim the rope with scissors. The rope is 10’ in length and I shortened it to 9’. With my height the recommended rope length is from 8.5’ to 9’. With being new and still trying to find a correct length, I was able to initially shorten the rope to 9’ and then shorten more leaving the excess length in the handle. This allowed fine adjust either way in length until I found what best worked for me.- The rope is weighted, not the handles. You could easily add weight into the handles is desired.- The handles are comfortable and smoothly operate. I have noticed that the colorization on the ends of the handles do get scratched / marked up when dropped on a concrete floor. I skip out in the garage and do drop the rope when going to an internal HIIT exercise. This is only cosmetic and does not effect the grips on the handle.- Increased cardio workout- Overall quality is very solid.There are a lot of choices out there and this is what I finally chose. Only time and use will tell how the jump rope holds up over time and heavy use. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this jump rope to add some variety and intensity to my cardio workouts. I was impressed by the quality and durability of the rope and the handles. The rope is thick and heavy, but not too heavy to swing smoothly. The handles are metal and have ball bearings that make the rotation smooth and fast. The length of the rope is adjustable, so you can find the right fit for your height and preference. I like that the rope comes with a carrying bag and a spare screw kit.The jump rope is great for improving your endurance, speed, agility, and coordination. It also helps to burn more calories and tone your muscles. I use it for boxing training, HIIT workouts, and warm-ups. It’s challenging but fun to use. I can feel the difference in my arms, shoulders, legs, and core after using it.The only downside is that the rope can hurt if you miss a jump and hit yourself. It can also damage the floor if you use it on a hard surface. I recommend using a mat or a soft surface to protect yourself and your floor.Overall, I’m very happy with this jump rope and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spice up their fitness routine.

This is one of the best weighted ropes I’ve used. Prior to this one, rotated between 7 other ropes. The balance and form factor of this GonaFit Rope is the best. The aluminum handles are the correct size for my hands with silicon like grips to keep them from slipping. Additionally, the bearings keep the rope moving at a good pace.Trimming the rope to match your height was quick and simple. I just- measured the rope to my height- removed the handle caps- cut the rope with household scissors- inserted the plastic clip to secure the rope- replaced the capAfter that, I was ready to jump. The weight is in the rope and not the handles. The weighted ropes seem to give me a better workout. My trimmed down rope and handles weigh 1 lb.I’ve owned and used this rope for a few weeks. So far the PVC rope is solid and tangle-free and feels like it should last. I have not tried the rope on an outdoor surface, hopefully, the PVC rope can hold up on concrete or asphalt.Overall, it’s a great value for the price. I now want GonaFit ropes in other weights.

This rope exceeded my expectations considering the price point. I was looking for a high quality jump rope but didn't want to pay the premium price of the high end equipment for sale. Since I am new to jumping rope as an exercise I didn't want to commit the money to something I might ditch in a few weeks. The GonaFit product has a high quality feel. The handles are nice and the rope feels heavy duty. After taking a few minutes to adjust the length, which was easy to do, I had my best jump rope workout ever! As a 5'3" dude the ability to adjust the length was crucial. I was easily able to adjust the fasteners and cut the rope with a decent quality kitchen shear. I expect that this rope will hold up barring any abuse (such as dropping handles on concrete basement floor). I am impressed with this jump rope and would recommend to beginners like myself. Low money commitment to a good quality piece of workout equipment.

I love these ropes. Not only is it a great deal because you get two. They are great quality and the price point is also nice. The weighted rope you feel the difference right away. It forces you to jump higher and focus. The thickness and the color of rope makes it easier to see. The speed also is easy to see and no drag on the floor . The adjustable length is very simple and quick. Overall I am very satisfied and impressed with this product.

The jump rope works just as advertised. Its very smooth, quick and easy to use. I had to cut it down to fit my size and speed and it was super easy to do so. For some reason the red rope was cheaper than the other colors so I went with that and it looks great definitely go for the red one and pay a lower price. Overall great rope great product!

First off the fact that you basically get two quality jump ropes for the price of one makes this an amazing deal. Both the plastic/rubber and the fabric jump rope are made of high quality material. Nothing about either of these jump ropes are cheap. It also comes with a storage bag for you to keep the ropes in, another big plus!! The only thing that would make this a 5 star purchase is instructions included about length adjustment. It was simple to figure out even without the instruction so over all this was a Great purchase!!

Great quality skipping rope! The handles are especially great for when you begin to sweat (no slip ups).I want to actually also shed light on the customer service with Gonafit -- unlike non other. They actually care about your opinion and also take notice when their product doesn't meet performance.Well done! I suggest creating a whole line (I.e., yoga mat. Yoga blocks, thigh bands and more)I'm one happy (and incredibly tired from jumping rope) customer!
