Please remember when purchasing that Grimms are well known for their wooden toys. They are lightly dyed not painted, you can feel the texture of the wood and there will be colour transfer. We own a lot of Grimms items and the quality is outstanding. Brightly coloured, last long, well made quality toys. That’s what you get when you buy Grimms

I have many wooden toys for my daughter but i am very disappointed in the quality of this item. The wood is not very smooth and the colour has been painted on very badly. It is not good value for money at all.
