Fast and reliable
Received the wifi device a few days before I left for my trip. Easy to use out of the box. Really fast connection and loading on all of our devices. Came with a shipping box to send back after you get back from your trip. The battery life was about 4-5 hours on a full charge - continuous use (so in par with other wifi devices I've rented in the past).My only problem with the device is that it would get pretty hot when in use after 30+ minutes. I often got worried and would take it out of my bag every now to allow it to 'cool off'.But in the end it was very reliable. I would use this service again.Update (4/2/2020):Use this service again and the newer Wifi device they sent me worked wonderfully! Fast! And and the battery life was much better than the previous model that I had rented last time. It lasted pretty much all day without me having to plug it into the portable battery charger I brought, and this was with it on 24/7. Will be using it again on my next trip too!

Worked great in Osaka
Like the headline says it worked well during my time in Osaka Japan. I was able to go anywhere I needed to and have access to relatively fast wifi. its not super fast, but decent to stream videos (not high-quality ones).Super easy to return, they give you a flat rate box automatically to send your router back to them.simple and straight forward to use.
