I bought these as my baby was breech. They are supposed to help the baby turn. I have to say that the smell was shocking! We had to have all the windows open, and they are quite smokey. They smell like you are burning a very strong marajuana. We tried them for the recommended time, and in the end I had a c-section anyway. I wouldn't bother - just let nature take its course.
