If I could give this door lock 10 stars, I would. From installation to programming, everything was a breeze. I have installed many door handles and deadbolts and this was a trouble free change from an existing standard door handle. The fingerprint programming, multiple lock codes, the swipe cards, everything was done in just a few minutes. I love the look on the door, the audio is great. I did program the auto lock to 10 seconds. Features and quality are superb!!! Thinking of buying one or two more for security on other rooms.

I purchased this lock to replace an older UltraLoq that had almost stopped functioning on my front door, and wow - the quality, functionality, installation, and instructions are all far and above that of UltraLoq, which sells for over $300.It took me about 30 minutes to remove the old lock and install the Olumat lock, as it went right over the old lock cutouts - and another 10 minutes to program the fobs, some codes, and my family’s fingerprints.The app functionality is absolutely superb, with so many options for programming codes, both temporary and permanent. And the fingerprint reader is great - works every time - SO much better than the UltraLoq Series 3, which worked about 30% of the time. 🤨Overall I am super happy with this purchase, especially at this price - highly recommend…!!

I like olumat smart lock is sturdy and the quality is good features are good and easy to install.Finger print reader is responsive need to scan correctly, appearance of smart lock is good with multiple options to unlockCustomer service is good and more responsible and I recommend this lock

Nice looking lock, seems well built and sturdy. Fingerprint scanner works well and keypad lights up when touched. The inside door handle stays working when locked, when outside handle doesn't work/open door when locked, nice feature. Voice speech from lock lets you know when you've locked/unlocked door. I had plenty of room to install on lower door handle opening even though it suggested to install in deadbolt hole. Now I have smart locks on both my deadbolt and door handle that operate by voice (Alexa), touch keypad, key, and fingerprint 😊Lots of features in companion app.Pleased with purchase and especially because it was on sale.

When I ask for a refund because I did not know the didital door lever had to have an gateway. Agateway is not available in the area.Also when I asked for a refund, I answered the question that the lock had not been installed. Well Ifound out that the door lock was installed and removed.I apologize and I understand if you do not file a refund for me. Please let me know if I need to return the item. Thanks

Very easy to install and the app is very user friendly. It only requires a single hole in the door. The biometrics is very cool. I ordered another one for my assistant's office. Very secure. I'm going to order more for the house.

Finally, one that’s not cheap and faulty.

La serratura lavora bene, materile orobusto, i sensori funzionano perfettamente. L'impronta riconosciuta sempre alla prima. Bisogna scaricare l'app per configurarla e gestirla (tempi di lock, voice, impronte, etc).L'unico problema è l'adattamwnrto alle porte se si vuole usarla in sostituzione di una altra serratura. Da appassionato del fai da te (e un po' di coraggio) sono riuscito ad adattarla perfettamente ad una porta con serratura esistente (è stato necessario forare entrambi i lati coassialmente al perno della maniglia, e forare la serratura esistente in due punti per far passare i perni di avvitamento delle due parti che compongono questo dispositivo). In poche parole; occorre lavorarci un po' per adattarla. Molto soddisfatto comunque (del rultato e del funzionamento).

artikel passt für 99,9% der haus/aussentüren in österreich nicht !!!1. muss man ein ca. 5 cm grosses loch bohren (!!!), um den kit montieren zu können.2. nicht geeignet für sicherheitstüren.3. artikel nur für "papier"türeblätter verwendbar, auch der 4-kant ist dadurch viel zu kurz. meine türe ist ca. 8 cm stark...4. die verriegelungsteil, der in die falle einrasten soll, hat mit meinen hier absolut nichts gemeinsam.5. der "not-sperrzylinder" (falls es mal nicht funktionieren sollte), dazu noch eine eigene bauart, ist mit jeder büroklammer zu öffnen - das stellt das ganze zugangssystem in frage.6. lernt ihr händler endlich mal, eine ordentliche beschreibung für eure artikel einzustellen, bevor man den artikel kauft. erspart sinnloses hin und her schicken.

Great value for money, well packaged and comes with all the necessary hardware for install on different thickness doors. All bags are labelled so installation is super easy. It is somewhat light duty as compared to my Lockwood door lock but for the money I am super happy. You will need to download TTLock App rather then Olumat Home which is what is recommended by instructions provided but this app is easy to use and configure the lock. It also provides you with a low battery warning via the app.
