I’ve had CHI before, GHD (not pro), and Babybliss, and this takes the cake. It works so well I’m not used to such high quality results!!!

Update: bought this in March of 2024, it is now Jan of 2025 and it has already quit working. Will turn on but turns off after about 5 seconds. Turn it back on and again it turns after a few seconds. Absolutely not worth the money.I have bought and used GHD straighteners for YEARS! Bought this one to replace my 8+ year old one that had the red ring of death. I love the color of this straightener, BUT it rips my hair out with every stroke. There’s gaps between the plates and no matter what I do my hair gets stuck in it. I absolutely loved my old one, so super disappointed with this one.

This heats up quickly, glides through the hair, and straightens my hair with far less passes than my previous flat irons (so many brands). It also seems to damage my hair far less. Plus, the power button is not on the side of the tool like a lot of other brands, so I don’t find myself accidentally turning it off as I run it through my hair. I got a great deal on the teal one with the carrying case for over $100 off which was a nice bonus!The only negative here is that you can’t control the actual heat level which is a bummer. I have very curly, coarse hair and like having the ability to tweak the heat level depending on whether I’m touching up my hair or straightening it while it’s full-on curly. These two things require very different levels of heat, but I haven’t seen any extra damage to my hair when using this tool to touch up my already straightened/curled hair, so it’s not a huge drawback for this particular brand and iron.

This is a fantastic product. I love the things it does for my hair and the case was a great added bonus!

My other GHD held on tight for 6 years till the "red ring of death" so I got this one also personalised 😍 the shipping took 6 days to ship from UK to me (GU)! Great customer service from millie 👍🏼 overall a 10/10 would recommend 🥳 although I had to buy an adapter because it was a European model

I have only had this flat iron for seven months and it is already dead. I’ve had multiple fire irons that I have purchased and they have lasted years. But seven months is ridiculous. Do not buy this flat iron
