This pack of six cushion pads to protects your heel and ankles from shoe rubbing. They are easy to insert and adjust on the shoe.They seem to be doing a good job so far, although I think I needed to adjust one as the shoe is still cutting in. I think this is down to getting them in the correct, position rather than the quality of the pad.The pads are a fan/scallop shape, they may need cutting to fit certain shoes but this would be easy to do. Pleased with them so far!

These are good value at £6.15 for an 8pc pack, they're soft, value for money and so far appear to be holding in place pretty well although i've not used them very long
