I've been microneedling my facial skin for several years. The results have been good if used 2x per week. I recently learned there are different lengths of needles. I bought this one because the needles are longer, meaning they penetrate the top layer of skin deeper. The results were much better, even after two sessions. Yes, there's some pain involved, but the results are worth it.

I’ve been using this more an entire year on my scalp for hair growth. I’d say it works pretty well to stimulate blood flow and promote hair thickness. It takes a few months to see results which is expected. It also requires consistency. It’s a commitment but I think it’s worth it! I even bought one for my husband.

Ordered a 2mm size. Looks a little small but worked so far. I'm dermarolling some scar tissue and loose skin. Used once so far. Idk if the roller penetrated as deep as it should but I'll update the review if the roller has actually worked once some time has passed.

I have been using dermarollers for 7 months. I and others have noticed and commented on my hair growth. The growing male pattern balding was getting worse. Each time I went to get a haircut. I noticed the balding spot on the top of my head was getting larger. I started using the dermaroller once a month. I recently went to a new barber and he commented on my hair. That I must have good genes! I noticed the bald spot on top was gone! This is the best invention. I use the 1.5 mm needle, it is uncomfortable while doing it. When I get done it feels like a sunburn. But 24 hours later it goes away and the results are remarkable. I don't use the disc needle roller. I use the individual needle roller. Everytime I see others with balding, I want to tell them. It does take patience and a commitment to your balding.

The difference was substantial from the individual needles vs the wheels. It's hard to spot the difference if you're buying it for your first time. Definitely something to make sure you're paying attention to. I threw out my old one immediately and am reordering.

The device is well made... No complaints there. The roller is narrow making it difficult to keep it flat on the skin when rolling your head. My real issue is that it hurts...a lot. I have a pretty high pain threshold, but I couldn't take it at anything more than light pressure. It felt something like slicing your head with a razor. Consider yourself forewarned.
