Levi's Women's 501 Skinny Jeans

Okay, what!! I cannot say enough good things about this pair of jeans. Not only are they very stretchy and comfortable, they are so flattering! I’m 5’8 and as you can see they reach right above my ankle to give it more of a mom Jean vibe, which I’m totally okay with. I did order a size 30 because I tend to be in between sizes (8-10). I liked that these were the closest I've found yet to the original, thick, sturdy cotton denim jeans we all loved in the 70s. Very happy with the quality of this denim.Wish I could find the straight leg Levis I loved back then that were more of a mid-rise with a zipper fly but a little more tapered from the knee down than they were then. Some tapering is great when wearing them tucked into boots. 👍These jeans I received definitely do need to be broken in, worn, sat in, stretched in and lived in for awhile to become comfortable and conform to fit in the way I like. I'm on day two of wearing them and they are finally beginning to get there, loosening up some at the knees and beginning to feel less stiff. Love that the pockets are deeper and larger for practical use - like the old days. All that being said, I sure hope I don't have to go through this sort of break in period every time after a washing.And speaking of laundering, these jeans are tapered tooooo extremely as a skinny jean fit from the knees down to be comfortable with only a 1% stretch to the fabric. I'm not a big person, nor do I have large knees, wide calves or thick ankles, but they fit me very tightly in the lower half of the legs. Maybe they will relax a bit more over time. I ordered a size 27, am 5'2", 117 lbs.Due to the above issue, I do not think I will be throwing these jeans into the dryer for fear of them shrinking and becoming even tighter from the knees down.

The fabric content is why I keep buying these jeans. It's a strong classic denim that I know is gonna last me a long time. These jeans have no stretch, which is why I like them. The sizing can be tricky. But I haven't bought a pair that hasn't fit yet.

I bought a 25 size and they were super tight ( that’s my normal size in Levi’s) so I ordered 2 sizes to big and the waist is huge but that don’t have any butt room. It’s super tight around it these are not real Levi’s

Wow.Levi’s has gone done the drain on their quality, I’m amazed they’re charging as much as they are!! I have several pairs of vintage Levi jeans— my ‘youngest’ pair is from 2010. Those babies have lasted me years, they fit beautifully, they feel and wear and look of great American quality. The big label is fabric and something to boast about. I mean, I love me Levi Jeans.But these?! What in tarnation?! I’m a petite 2-4, always have been. My body size hasn’t changed that much since middle school (which may or may not be something to admit). So when I have a pile of Levi jeans that are such a size, and I order a newer made one, I expect the same quality. That’s fair. Right?Nope.No!Didn’t happen.I had to order 2 pairs to figure out that I’m now considered a 6. Yet here I am still walking around in 2-4s.. I’m a bit confused. The jeans felt degrading and are. The material was cheap. The label was like plastic!!! I mean what is happening?! What. Is. Happening?Boy, am I glad I went Prime Wardrobe and didn’t spend anything... wow.Although, since we are on the subject: Prime Wardrobe is kind of a joke. Their customer service was really nice, but it took them almost a month just to process that I’d returned the item, even though tracking verified the jeans (both pairs) had been delivered to their facility within 3days of a return. I mean wow.Wow!I will never get Levi jeans again unless they’re secondhand or Etsy. Sorry. But .... wow. Shame on Levi’s for quitting like that BUT ESPECIALLY for price gouging on poor quality.

Ok for 2 months I was in the hunt for some black worn in pair of none stretch denim with ankle length to go with loafers and was about to give up, I am 5ft 5 and weight 175 but mostly because of my thick thighs and buttocks waist is a lot thinner so I was finding it almost impossible until I received these. exactly what I was looking for and not too loose in my waist, just a tiny bit barely noticeable at all. I am super happy even got plenty of compliments from my Dominican family.

I love these jeans. Unfortunately, they were not the correct size. Amazon made the return extremely easy.

My sister loves these!! She asked for her normal Levi’s size and they fit perfect! (Mind you she is tiny)

Creo que debí pedir mi talla pero al pedirlos una más grande quedan holgados lo cual no me desagradó. Si deseas que te queden más ajustados al cuerpo, pide tu talla normal de levis

No me fije que venía tiro alto.. No sé si fue mi error o que no decía. Pero llego en muy buenas condiciones, a tiempo. Y me queda perfecto.

I already had one that’s blue, so I ordered this grey one to make a change. This cut is just perfect. It gives your butt a nice shape without making it bigger like many Levi’s jeans. Nice quality, just enough stretch into the fabric to make it comfy and keep it durable among time. The cut is not really a skinny one even if it’s name is 501 skinny, it’s more of a straight leg fit.
