As someone with lower back and hip pain, this really is helping a lot. It's such a simple product, but the shape really does take the pressure off the tailbone. I am of medium weight, 5'2" but have wide hips, and this product works great for me. Yes, it's narrower than your hips, so your hips semi-spill over the seat, but it's supposed to do that in order to cup your butt and work well. I don't find this uncomfortable at all, and it's better than the alternative (feeling my tail bone compressed). It's also very light and portable and small, so it's easy to take it to my car and then back home again. Very grateful for this product, and so is my back/hips.

It is definitely a good product. I notice a difference in my posture when I sit and I can sit for longer periods and study with out neck and shoulder pain. It makes it easier to sit properly...

I come from a family with back and neck problems and I can honestly say that the back joy has really helped. I am about two weeks into using my blue Backjoy at work everyday and the results have been great. I am a desk job guy, so sitting is what I do. When my Backjoy first arrived the first few hours were slightly difficult to get used to, but since then it has been smooth sailing. Sitting most of each day has become easier and I do not get the same pops and cracks out of my neck and back that I used to get each and every day. I would recommend this product for sure.

Unfortunately this didn't do anything for me pain relief wise, but I could see how it could for the right person in the right setting. Well made and sturdy. That definitely wasn't a problem.

I don’t know why but this seat cushion has helped my low back pain tremendously. I’ve tried multiple fusions and different office chairs. The only thing that helped was standing but I can’t do that all the time. This is the next best solution. For anyone that sits all day, I highly recommend it!

As a bus driver, I’d say this item is not good for you. It is high quality and durable but it was painful on longer rides

As a semi truck driver, I will not drive without the BackJoy. I have them in my truck, car and chairs at home. Everyone I ask to try the Backjoy will not return it. Looks like a plastic half egg shell but support is incredible. I can drive 3 times ad far without a break and no stiff body.I love it. I often talk to other drivers or RV drivers I meet in rest areas and they must think I sell the Backjoy.

Stiff back support that I had hoped would provide relief on long car trips. Comfortable to sit on, but no relief
