It works but the lines show. But! I'm sure there are ways around this "issue". I plan on working out and losing some weight anyway!Pros: It gives you shape is it smooths out your body nicely! It looks like the picture and has adjustable straps! It feels comfortable as well!Cons: The seams show, which is to be expected. It bunches up in the armpit area.Overall, its great! The fit it true to the size guide! It's a little long I think but I'm short (5FT)!

This product is comfortable for a everyday us or to just go to the gym in, i feel they run big compare to other waist trainer. And does not give you the hour glass figure that other waist trainer give me. I'm 180 and order a small, I use it at its smallest level and is not that tight on me.

I have to say as far as fit and comfort I'm satisfied, as far as the clip things it look like they may wear after awhile but I've only had mine a week I would still perchance again. I have not worn this on my skin I wear a thin tank top under it so I can't comment on that aspect. I wear mine every day and I love the fit the contour and I can breathe it has been great for my posture. I have access skin as I have lost weight so I'm loving it. I got a medium I'm 5'2 and 150pounds. Good luck on your adventure.

This is by far the most comfortable trainer I’ve tried. Others i’m ready to take off as soon as I put it on but this one I was able to wear for 5 hours comfortably. The “bones” on the back kind of buldged out at first but once I adjusted the straps that helped a lot.

Included is a card to "buy one get one free" with some other verbiage about how you "qualified". Don't fall for this. It's against Amz's rules and if you review anything you got that way, Amz can purge your entire account. Do not iron. They've used two non-standard symbols for drying. The closest I can come is drip dry but don't line dry. Yeah. I'm drying it flat on a rack I put in the tub.The 4X size is tiny. It's a gray area for compression garments. They can skimp on fabric and just claim "compression". This is 42" around at the hem so you're going to be getting a workout just getting this on.I'm using it for back support. Item came on time and fits as expected. I like that the straps didn’t dig into my inner arms like other products have before. I put it on immediately it held up well in the gym and didn’t ride up. Just wish it was alil longer to cover more of the fupa.

I would say order a size smaller. I ordered my regular size, but if you like to feel snug order a size smaller

Not the worst but not the best. Kind of thick and as a person who needed the support, the thickness was kind of uncomfortable as there wasn't much air flow. It did NOT try to roll or ride up on me though and that's been the BIGGEST issue for me in the clothing I use stuff like this for (renaissance garb). So I will definitely continue to use it and will update over time as needed!! But I would size up next time

Standing normally my waist is 69cm (27.1"), and sucking in as small as I can get I'm 62cm (about 24.4"), so a Small should have been tight on me. I ordered the XS and it was was way too big. I could do it up on the tightest knotch with ease. Certainly wouldn't help with waist training/loss/slimming etc and would have even been baggy. I am an Australian size 8.However, from the very little I tried it on, it seemed very good quality and a great product if it fit. Customer service was amazing and they refunded me the full amount. Thank you!

I have worn it a couple of times and it is by far the most comfortable tummy control or corset I have ever worn. The material is soft, smooth and glides on comfortably. It effectively pulls in the waist/tummy areas, retains its shape throughout the day unlike other brands which bunch up or cut into your skin after a while. The only feedback is the size I ordered was a bit loose for me. I should have gotten one or 2 sizes smaller. Please check size guide well before order. Thanks for a great product!
