I have cut these resistance bands into 5 foot lengths and used them for exercise classes for seniors. I can choose the resistance that is suitable for them and it works out to be an inexpensive but effective piece of exercise equipment. The seniors love it and they can get a good overall strength workout without having to handle heavy weights. When they improve, I can easily upgrade to the next resistance level. The bands last well, do not easily break and can be adapted to different exercises.

As a physical therapy business owner from the corporate finance world, I'm constantly looking for the best value at the lowest cost - and who's not?. Needless to say, TheraBand is out, Therapist's Choice is in. Some patients do have latex allergies so that is a desirable product attribute for sure. Healing from a shoulder injury myself, I found the Therapist's Choice bands to be more durable over several months and less affected by the bleaching of indoor light. I really put these bands through lots of repetitions and stretching them to the max since that's just what I do. TheraBand is twice as expensive as these bands and it's just not acceptable in my book. Overall, the lower cost (by two fold), higher durability, and non-latex attributes sold me on this product. Absolutely love it!

These are great bands, easy to roll out and cut.

Like that I can cut different lengths and personalize to each student. I used the bands for a senior fitness class, in class we use longer bands, then each student received a shorter band to carry in their purse or car and use outside of class.

I'm a fitness instructor and use these in class. Easy to cut to size and get lots out of it.

I have bought several rolls and will continue to do so! I am a home health physical therapist and I not only needed something I could work with, but something economical enough so that I can leave strips for my patients to continue to use. I use the blue band the most. I find that it is the perfect tension for my patient population. I work with my patients for several weeks and in that time, the band has held its own.
