I received my lamp on Monday. It was very easy to assemble until I got to the next to last step. The screw ring that was supposed to attach the lamp shade to the lamp head was missing. I emailed their customer service at 7 that evening. They replied before midnight to ask for my Amazon ID number for the purchase. I sent it and some time before 3 am that night they replied to say they had begun the process of sending me a replacement. On Wednesday, less than 48 hours from my original email, I received the missing part. I easily finished the assembly. Setting it up to work with my Alexa was a breeze. You had to download an app to your phone, , register your lamp in the app, then link the app and your Alexa account. The lamp works great, responds to voice commands through Alexa, and the story has a happy ending. They are a small business who responded swiftly, personally, and appropriately to the situation. It was a far cry from the big companies I've had to deal with recently. I heartily recommend them and their product.

Great, color control from remote and phone app

I like the way the lamp looks and the way that it is built because I wasn't expecting such a well built product especially for the price that I paid. It's got a lot of great options for RGB and actually makes a pretty good conversational piece! The only complaint I have is that the aren't any instructions on learning to use the remote and the many options it has for the lamp. All in all great product four stars out of five.

I like the sturdy base and it was super simple to put together. The instructions should tell you that the screw cap is already attached and you have to screw it off to attach the shade as I am sure some people won't see it. Other than that great purchase!

I bought this lamp last year. It has a remote control that comes with it and I was having problems with it working properly. I contacted the seller's (Tintlight) customer service and they responded to me quickly. They asked if it was working with the app associated with the product, and I told them I wasn't aware of the app. Their representative responded quickly with a link to the app along with instructions. I can't believe the lamp bulb can sink with the app through bluetooth and the app can control the lamp! They are also helping me with the remote situation. Their customer service is absolutely the best!

Bought this for my brother, who is legally blind and has Parkinson's, to help him get through the house with a brighter path. The lamp itself is ok, little top heavy and we had to weight down the other side just to make sure it doesn't tip over accidentally. None of us could get the app to connect to the smart bulb, and before you ask, yes, we know our WiFi password. We just put a 100 watt bulb in it and will use it like a regular lamp I guess. He does like that it brightened his house path. So, for a floor lamp, I give it 3 stars.

So easy to set up. Connected it to my Alexa and now movie time is a treat with different background lighting. I love being able to dim the light as I get closer to bed time and set the mood for parties. The lamp itself is gorgeous and sturdy.
