Q: How long does it last?

Since there isn’t helium in them, it can last a pretty long time. The color on the balloons gets a bit dull but I had mine up for over a week (at the results of a 3 year old) I also recommend getting different sizes of balloons to fill in gaps. The glue dots work great for that. Oriental Trading company balloons are great and thicker

Q: ARe there directions on how to create the rainbow somewhere?

Included is a long plastic strip with holes that you put the tied balloons through. Super easy!

Q: Do you need air or helium?

Just air is fine, although helium would help creating an freestanding arch.

Q: Does the product come with only 1 glue dot? How will we stick 100 ballons with 1 dot?

No, it comes with several, Also comes with 1 balloon strip
