The label shows that it is made in China however it is distributed by a company in the UK

Q: Does this have elastication to keep it skin-tight?

Yes. It’s quite “ figure hugging”. It’s very comfortable to wear, breathes really well and is very low odour. Keeps a layer of air right next to the skin so surprisingly warm. Don’t forget to wash at a low temperature or you will wreck it.
