Not as good as I thought
For the price point I thought it would be alot better, I wud say either go a higher end one if you really wanna spend the money or else get a cheaper hotel pillow not worth it on this one

Does not contour to your shape
This pillow is rigid and not as described Even when you remove the paddings it doesn’t fix the situation . On top of that when I requested a refund they told me to send them a picture of me giving the pillow to a charity or a picture of them in a landfill. It is quite the ridiculous customer service
