Hanayama Cast Puzzles Hanayama S and S

Tricky to reason about. Gave it to a 13 year old. He solved it by trail and error. However, it is not easy.

This one works a lot like those puzzles made from bent nails, only with the addition of a couple of sticking out parts to make it harder. Plenty of opportunity to think you've just made the right move only to find you haven't. I suspect it would bend quite easily should someone make a serious effort to solve it through force, so you may wish to be careful who you lend it to.
