This belt is adjustable and really pretty comfortable. I have used an insulin pump for over 15 years and this works great to keep it safe and secure to my body. Before I was always hooking my pump to my underwater which was not comfortable. I'd hit it on counters or hook the tube on doors and pull it out. This works better. It has a clear window so you can see your screen easily.

I don’t know who to give the credit too, the manufacturer or the seller so I will do both. I have tried so many insulin pump holders I lost count including ones from Medtronic. Returned every single one. This belt is fantastic in every way. Comfort and inconspicuous in every aspect. I wear leggings and every other clip or pouch I tried literally made my pants and pajama bottoms roll down. I give this item 👍👍👍👍

Sloppy loosens up quickly with wear

It was ok size wise, but not good as far as working. The idea was good but could not use buttons on pump while on, hard to see numbers while on, twist and turned until finally taking pump out to program doses.

I bought this for my husband to keep his insulin pump in. It was comfortable but rolls and made it hard for him to get the pump out. He is thin so it's not like it was rolling due to a big belly. When he tried to wear it higher on his chest, he had a hard time keeping it up.

All the other cheaper belts that I have purchased were definitely inferior. Although you could tighten the belt to the desired length, the length would quickly become looser and uncomfortable. The belt uses velcro to adjust the length and it does not loosen as you wear it. Much better than cheaper belts.

Do not buy this product product was made very cheaply. The zipper broke after one week would definitely not buy it again stay away from this product.

I love this belt for holding my insulin pump. I bought WAY TOO MANY to find the right one. It's comfortable to wear and even sleep in. Doesn't move around. Worth the price! I love that I don't have to pull it on/off. Velcro stays in place!

It is probably the best out there for the price can use pump without getting it out but a bit cumbersome. Easy to adjust kinda comfortable. No easy cable management.
