Alpha 500.1D Car Audio Monoblock Single Channel Class D Full Range Amplifier, ALPHA-500.1D

Got this for my boat . Old amp burned out during a trip, so being on a budget, this is what I went with.For the price you can't beat it. Its pushing a 12" kicker comp with ease.Wired at 2 ohms , its thumping pretty hard, and my wife says I need to turn down the bass, lol.Very pleased and would recommend for anyone needing an amp on a budget.

Definitely not a top of the line unit but it does work. We’ll see what kind of longevity it has

literally there is nothing inside this amp except a circuit board and 2 8 gauge wires going to the outputs. i dont even know how they can say it is 1000 watts maybe 200 if that but it works somehow.

Runs my kicker 12's with ease. Heavier than I thought it would be. You can't beat the price for what you get. Powerful and affordable.

I’ve got a single 10 inch subwoofer in the back of my truck, and although this amplifier is not rated to the max RMS, my subwoofer can take I wanted to give it a try. I was shocked to see how much it pumped through my single 10 inch sub! Construction looks very quality, and I have had absolutely no issues with this amplifier since I installed it in my truck. Next time I am looking for something audio related, I will definitely check this company out first.If anything changes, I will come back and edit this post, but for now, I’ll keep bumping down the road. Definitely recommend checking this out!

It's an okay Amp. You can tell it's foreign made by the materials used and its not as strong as it says. On the Amp it says 1000, on the box say 1200 and then the instruction booklet said some number that the company doesn't even carry..I have it hooked up to a 250W 4ohm single voice coil speaker and it won't push it. If someone has like a 1ohm or 2ohm speaker it would probably be okay. As of right now I wouldn't pay the 100 for another one if that says anything.

We hooked it up and that was straight forward. It's just like any other amp. The sound quality was adequate. It did distort prematurely. It did achieve a good loud level before this threshold. If you are looking for a cheap good amp this is right up your alley.

This is a nice entry level amp. I have it running 2 8" subs in my truck. Good consistent power when managing the gain. It is a bigger amp size wise so take that into consideration when installing.
