Dead won’t charge
Worked for a couple months. The plug is bad. Can’t connect a usb cable to it. Too late to return. Think twice. Tried to contact this company but they won’t return my emails. Guess if you are lucky enough to get a good unit hooray but if not you are going to be stuck with it. I don’t do business with companies who have non existent customer service, whether it be online or brick and mortar. But another brand to show these companies they need to take care of their customers, not just take the money and run.

Good product but some enhancements needed
80% of the time the unit works perfectly.Remaining 20% time the unit will show as if charging is in progress but after some time charging stops and RED LED starts blinking . Mostly I use it during night , so if charging stops at night the next morning i will have a very low battery phone.Enhancement suggestion - the LED is too bright for night time , specially one places the unit at eye level so if you wake up at night the LED shoots up directly into the eye. Not a pleasant experience. Suggest to DIM the light or use more ambient colors or shape of LEd. Maybe a simple small dot display of light is sufficient.

Charger works as expected on my Samsung Galaxy S8. The bottom indicator light is useful to display charging status. The charger works through thin cases but doesn't charge through my S8 if it's in a battery case. This also doesn't charge as fast as my QC using the stock Samsung charger, but it is faster than standard wired charging.

THIS IS A GOOD CHARGER
THIS CHARGER IS A GOOD CHARGER, BUT HAS NO COOLING FAN SO MY PHONE GOT HOT TO THE TOUCH. WHEN I WOULD TAKE MY PHONE OFF THE CHARGER, I HAD TO LET MY PHONE COOL OFF BEFORE I COULD PUT IT IN MY CASE OR POCKET.
