The media could not be loaded.  The material was great. The name embroidered was good, but when you try to tighten the cap it caused the name to crinkle while on the head. There for I couldn't use the cap.Wasted money.

I wish the size of the letters were bigger and the hat to be firm. I bought it as a gift and was embarrassed to give it because of the quality. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t awful but I questioned the lettering size and was told it looked smaller than it was. B/F loved it and that’s all that mattered.
