I wouldn’t say this is better than doing real abs training like sit ups and planks, but it makes you feel like you did all that without any effort. After my first try in which I left it on for too long, my abs was aching like mad. The other times I tried they felt aching but in a more natural way as if I had just been to the gym. It is a worth while accessory to your regular training. It could have been easier to attach to your stomach area and the liquid gel can get a bit messy, but I think I will carry on using it to tone up my abs. I don’t use the smaller ones as they seem kinda fiddly.

Gel pads do not stick, paper thin and of poor quality. As a result the 3 individual control units kept falling off. In my opinion is a very poor quality product and not worth the money. If I hadn’t have thrown the packaging away it would have been sent back. Its going straight in the bin as worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Bought this on a whim on an Amazon daily deal. Have only used a few times but I can certainly feel it working. The gel pads seem very expensive on here so I have bought a pack of 20 from ebay for a fiver. It's usb rechargeable so no batteries to worry about.

This arrived really quickly and I couldn't wait to try it out. All I can say is that it works a treat! I have quite a lot of body hair, but that doesn't stop it working really well at tensing my muscles.The instructions are really badly translated in to English, but the thing is so simple to use that this doesn't matter at all.All in all I would highly recommend.

I've been using this product for a week now and its really easy to use. I was sceptical about using something like this instead of working out but it actually surprised me and I am really impressed. I would recommend this to anybody! I can already see and feel a difference and others have noticed it too!!!

Crap always peeling off and that's before you start sweating!.poor design needs velcro straps or something.

My baby is was 6 months two weeks ago. I really want to lose some weight, and I start doing exercise and this muscle really helps ! great value!

a product is cheap and flimsy. they asked me if i could post a 5-star review for 5 English pounds commission through paypal. stay away!
