One of the BEST final issues!
I've thoroughly enjoyed this series. I worried it would end awkwardly as so many others do, but it didn't. IMHO the author did an excellent job of writing an ending as any I've read.Since this series was my first of Tougoku Hudou's, I'm looking forward to delving into their other works.

What is one of the most overused anime tropes? That's right the beach episode! But in this volume we get the second most common : the summer festival! We get to follow our heroes on a somewhat exciting quest for a legendary fish, but still...an overall calm read.

Sad to see it end.
This is a fun series and it is so sad to see it come to an end; I was really looking forward to another 7-21 vols. Obviously I don't want to see the author drag out a series, like Rent-A-Girlfriend, but I think that this series had more to give. If you like Slice-of-Life manga with a bit of Fantasy thrown into the mix, then this is the series for you.I'll have to checkout the author's other works when I have a chance.

sad to see it end
This series was a fun foray into the Isekai land of the author’s imagination. I’m sad to see it end.

Farewell, good luck and thanks for all the fish
More a slice of life tale than it's Western counterpoints we get the final adventure of Takahashi and friends as they embark on a journey to get fish for a game in an upcoming festival. No shocking reveals, tragic deaths or any real change in this volume but it's a fine goodbye
