Q: Does colorFill set hard? I want to use it to fill some old screw holes in a Respertex (type of water proof laminated shower board) product.

I would not use it for filling old screw holes. It is relatively soft although it does harden over time. It does of course depend on whether the holes need to be load bearing.

Q: Hi, the official solvent for this product is very expensive. What is an alternative? Thanks

It's Acetone, so you can pick it up without buying the branded version. Not sure you'll be able to get it in a smaller size than the branded though, so you'll probably end up paying the same price and having a lot left over. Luckily, you can just use the extra to clean off your nail polish after a night out!

Q: I have a black matt laminate work top with lots of scratches on it, will this work to fill them and make the counter top look clear.

Hi I don’t think it’s the right product for scratches. It is a sort for resin/glue and is for filling dents and holes which was what I had on my worktop edge also on my laminate floor. Hope you find something suitable
