Update:I wish I could still use this, but I will have to stop. As I continued to take this I got worsening heartburn type symptoms that last all day and into the night, this is just from taking one dropperful once a day. I stopped taking it for two days and I was fine. I tried it again yesterday, and those symptoms returned, so I know that this is causing that.First, I haven't used this long enough to determine if this will shrink a benign lump I've had in my arm for quite some time. I will follow up later and report back.However, since I have had positive experiences using Traditional Chinese tinctures in the past, I was very interested in trying this formula. Also, it apparently isn't just for shrinking a mass, but also purported to be good for blood circulation and lymph drainage, both of which I could also use help with.This tincture has a very strong taste, I just tasted a little so that I could let you know. Then I did as suggested and added it to liquid, I used my mint tea. I could barely taste it in there, so that will be my preferred method going forward. I really like that this is a tincture as I believe it will be more available in my body.This appears to be good quality, however, as there are no independent lab tests listed or anything like that, there is no way to be positive about that, so I removed a star for this.By the way, this tincture formula is traditionally used for both humans and animals. This is a great quality tincture, with excellent ingredients. I'm just starting to dabble in Chinese medicine, as I've been a fan of homeopathy for awhile; the natural-minded aspect intrigues me. I added this into a drink, as I was a little nervous it might have a taste. I didn't notice any when mixed though. I had hopes that this may work for some benign lumps, but I haven't noticed much, if any, change. Definitely worth a try!

I’ve only been using this for a few days now and I have no complaints. I mix with water but you can add it to pretty much anything, and there really isn’t any taste or smell so it’s easy to take and not having to swallow capsules makes it that much better. The herb ingredients are beneficial for lymph drainage and health. I’ve noticed a difference from using this and feel better overall.

I'm liking the potential of this formula so far. Nice to find in something not a tea pill or a dry herbal mix. Easy to add to teas. This is helping me with a stasis situation so far that cropped up recently. Looking forward to trying some of their other TCM formulas as well. This was not a pack of two.

I am a big fan/user of traditional Chinese medicine, so this intrigued me, and I had to order it. I like that root + spring is a Chinese family-owned medicine shop in California (L.A.), as I like supporting local small companies. It's too soon to report on results, but I am impressed with all the ingredients, and it's one of those things that you can use take as a preventative measure.

I've been using root + spring's Dissolve Mass herbal tincture for a couple of weeks. I haven't noticed any significant benefits yet but am satisfied with the formula and its natural approach. This remedy combines herbal extracts like Oldenlandia, Jujubes, Circuma Zedoaria, Licorice root, Oyster shell, Sparganium, and Fritillaria thunbergii.It's designed to soften and shrink palpable masses. I have not yet noticed any effects or issues. I like that it comes in liquid form, which is said to be more effective but am not yet sure. While I haven't seen immediate results, I'm willing to continue using it and hope to experience its benefits in the long run without any negative side effects. I will update if needed with further time and use.
