Do not buy from this seller. We bought this for our son and it worked TWO times. Upon reaching out to customer service and multiple repetitive diagnostic checks they said it needed a new motherboard. They wanted me to remove all the screws and replace the mother board without any direction.This was NOT satisfactory on a new machine. We finally got them to take it back, packed it up, returned it and they refunded some but charged an $80 restocking fee! Restocking fee for a defective product that CANNOT be restocked!Amazon you need to do better choosing your vendors! This one is horrible!

Things to know
I used this product for home at first when i connected to it it came right up, sound was good downloaded my favorite app, but laterI found it wasnt connecting to my wifi, tried everything and was ready to send back but after troubleshooting i found the date and timeOn machine was wrong, i changed it to my right date and time in my zone and it is connecting every time! Evidently it made a difference?I would highly recommend, love it..

Good Product but...!?!?
Owner's Manual very deficient. Almost nonexistent. I see why this product was on sale because it probably got a lot of returns because of the non-instructions. What makes it worse is that if you go online to their website....nothing!!! If you're not into electronics or the internet...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. "Product Good Customer Support Horrible!!!"
