I bought a second one, so everything still applies, but I just needed to add more water in the base...It was easy to assemble and worked great, initially, but would begin to give off an alarm every few minutes, so would have to stop and restart.

I bought two items, one of them only worked for 15 days, it no longer heats, it only turns on. Not a good product

Quick delivery, was able to use them for a large party we had the next day. Worked great.

1 - ok for intended purpose as a food warmer, I imagine.2 - ok for making kefir with mason jars on top of lid3 - still testing the temperature control for accuracy...it appears to be approximate...make sure to run with water.4 - handle, screws, and bolts were lose in packaging, with a bolt missing. YMMV.

This is exactly what I needed. I enjoy hosting large gatherings and am always in need of trying to keep the food warm. This is the perfect solution for just that. It has everything you need. From the controls, to the pans and accessories. Very nice lightweight stainless steel material. The size is great too. I much more prefer this over having to burn small cups to keep underneath. Especially if kids are around. This is a much safer option. I highly recommend this all the way around!
